Just remember government is not a bad thing. Rather it is in itself both necessary and good. These men abuse its rightful authority and powers. Also there are times when government of necessity is enormous - the 2nd World War cost the US perhaps 90% of its GDP at the height - but the thing is, this financial crisis is actually the worst of all times for enlarging its operations.
And yes, I see the irony. There is especially delicious irony in his using the word, 'faith' - faith being an intellectual certainty that specifically has no basis in observation or deduction, but rather willingness to accept revelation....
