One of the many reasons
...I love National Review. Just can't help it. Here's Kathryn Jean Lopez's take on nominee Sonia Sotomayor. I especially like her backhand at Bush's Harriet Miers nomination: "There’s no reason to belittle the accomplishments of the Bronx-born federal judge. Certainly, less qualified lawyers have been nominated to the court in the past. But her selection perpetuates a damaging type of identity politics in judicial selection."
